Simpley pull up to one of our three convenient loading areas in front of our hotel (Theatergasse, Makartplatz or Schwarzstrasse). Unload your belongings, and then proceed to one of the nearby parking garages. Alternatively, book Valet parking (min. 5 days in advance) with your reservation and drop your key at the loading area after parking.

Head straight to one of the garages, park your car, and begin your exploration of Salzburg with a leisurely stroll.
Salzburg is home to the conveniently located Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Airport, serving flights from around the globe. Upon arrival, you have several transportation options available to you: take a taxi for a quick 20-minute ride to the hotel, hop on the buses 2 or 27, or rent a car.
Salzburg’s main train station is a mere 5-10 minutes away from our hotel by taxi. You can find taxis right in front of the station entrance. If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus ride from the main train station to Makartplatz, which is within walking distance of our hotel.
Most buses head into the direction of our hotel and the city center. To reach us, simply get off at Theatergasse, Makartplatz or Hanuschplatz which are the closest stops to our location.
Between 3-10 pm, you can check in at our main entrance. For later arrivals, please contact us in advance to arrange a self-check-in at our night entrance located on Lederergasse.
Please have the room ready for us by 11 am. If you wish to extend your stay, feel free to relax in our Gentle Lounge or inquire about a late check-out, which is available upon request only.
We accept commonly used cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and EC Card, as well as cash payments.
If you plan to travel with your furry companion, please inform us when making your reservation so we can arrange for a suitable room for you. Kindly note that an additional fee of € 49,– will be applied to cover the extra cleaning required. We appreciate your understanding

Regrettably, we do not have our own car park. However, you can conveniently unload your luggage in front of the hotel at our designated loading areas. Nearby, you can find car parks and parking garages as indicated on the map above.
